Clear costs, agreed up front
You will know what the work costs before we start it. Fixed fees for conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney, put in writing, with the outlays listed separately so you can see which part of the bill is us and which part is somebody else.

Estate agency
We sell your house ourselves, from the Home Report and the schedule through to the closing date, and the legal side is handled in the same office.
Residential conveyancing
The legal work behind a move. Missives, titles, searches, the mortgage paperwork and settlement, done properly and explained as we go along.
Buying a house
From your first note of interest to the keys in your hand. We advise on the offer, negotiate the terms and tell you plainly what you are taking on.
Selling a house
Getting the Home Report ready, dealing with the offers, setting a closing date and seeing the sale through to settlement without fuss.
Wills and executries
Making a will, and winding up an estate when somebody dies. Confirmation, inheritance tax, and getting the estate to the people it belongs to.
Powers of attorney
Choosing who decides for you if you cannot decide for yourself. Drafted, signed, and registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
Notary public
Notarising and certifying documents for use at home and abroad, including affidavits, declarations and overseas property paperwork.
Commercial property
Shops, offices and industrial units bought, sold and leased, along with the everyday legal work of running a small business.
